We have been trying to bill out of state Anthem claims for months, but they continue to deny saying we need to bill the Home plan. We have always billed the local state(IL) and not to the individual out of state plan. Their cards even say to bill your local. when I called customer service they were no help and told me I needed to bill the out of state plan. when we tried to do this, they were denied and were told to bill local. We have over 150 claims and tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid claims. I asked customer service for a manager, provider relations or contracting department and was refused. Who can I talk to as this is causing a financial issue and needs resolution immediately.
