App on my Samsung s23 not recognizing my account.

I keep getting the error, "We did not recognize the user name and/or password that was entered. Please try again or select Forgot User Name or Forgot Password to continue" I can log into desktop and myprime, but the app doesn't recognize me. My husband has the app on his phone and I can sign into my account there. I have cleared the cache and deleted and reinstalled the app, no change.
