I have not received my membership card in the mail yet and I need my membership ID number to get logged in.

    Hello, I have not received my membership card in the mail yet, and I still do not have my Member ID number to log in. I also have not received any information about my Member ID, no virtual card, and I do not know whether the physical card has even been issued or mailed. At this point, I am completely in the dark about what is happening with my enrollment process.

    Could you please confirm the status of my insurance enrollment and provide my Member ID as soon as possible? I need this information urgently to access my account and use my coverage.
