Hello! I have a BCBSIL insurance plan through my employer and have been able to create an account for my own information. My 2 children have BCCHP and I have not received any information regarding their member ID numbers. I have not been mailed any physical copies of their insurance cards. Am I able to get those cards mailed to me and also add them to my app so I can have access to their accounts?

I am needing to get access to my children’s id cards for BCCHP
