Hello, I use to have coverage independently under my employer Trivium Academy for blue cross blue shield of texas. I am now back under my husbands plan on bcbs of illinois and when I log in online or the app, it keeps redirecting me from the illinois site to the texas site and my old coverage. How can I get this fixed? I am being demanded to get a physical but I cannot access any information to find a doctor, etc and have been so frustrated I quit trying and then get another nasty notice. Can you please help me?
