I'm a new member trying to create my account, but when I click "Create an Account", the screen is white and doesn't load. I've tried on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and the BCBSIL app with the same issue. I've also made sure to try this without any pop-up blockers and even in an incognito window, and no luck.
