I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction in March 2015 under BCBS Mississippi. A year later, my nose is visibly crooked. One side looks collapsed from the surgery and I have a Terrible time breathing. When I breath in, only one nostril moves. Will BCBSil cover a septorhinoplasty?
