Will BC/BS reimburse for community providers using telemental health services?

Hello,

I am the Executive Director of Haven youth and Family Services in Wilmette, IL. We are paneled with BC/BS. As we our monitoring the Covid-19 virus many of our families are requesting telemental health therapy. Will BC/BS of IL reimburse for this service?

I am a BCBC provider in St. Charles Illinois. I am a private practitioner also seeking clarity on this in order to provide the safest on going behavioral health care to my clients and families during this time of high stress.
