Member for months and no cards received yet - nor the famous "Welcome Letter".

Hello there!

My coverage plan started back in April and all premiums being regularly taken from my paycheck - but to this day I have not received the "Welcoming letter" you talk about, nor the physical cards.

Actually; God forbid something happens - I have no member number, policy number, plan or whatever information needed to use, zip, nul, nada! Is there any way to resolve this problem or do I have to wait another two or maybe even six months?
