Hello, Calling from a dental office. I have been hung up on by your automatic menu 4 times.

Hello,

I had been in touch with a rep on December 1st regarding an issue with a claim. I need to follow up regarding a correspondence that was received over the weekend. There is a phone number on the letter, however as mentioned, I have been hung up on 4 times.
