Lack of Phone Support

I am a provider trying to get some help for a patient.  I spent 52 minutes on hold ths afternoon trying to find if we needed to precertify a cervice.  Do you have anybody that works at BCBS of Ill or is the whole place just a recording.  Do you think this is how to treat people?
