I have several patients I need to speak to Customer Service about for claims - but I cannot reach anyone. We have tried for months. How do we talk to someone? This is a huge issue and I see many providers complaining about this on your community portal.
My secret tip is to call Provider Services (800-972-8088 is the number I use). When asked for the patient's DOB, enter it incorrectly three times. After the third time, the automated system will transfer you to a live representative. I hope this helps!
