Our family received lice treatment from a company called The Hair Fairies.  Can I submit this claim?

    That's a great question! In most cases, most plans won't cover this. I don't want to say that all plans fall into the no coverage category. We would need the procedure code from the claim to be sure. You're more than welcome to private message us with your policy ID and contact information.
