My cpap machine has been recalled.

Philips has recall most of their Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), Bi-Level Positive Airway Pressure (BiLevel PAP) devices, and Mechanical Ventilators.

What is the process to return it and get a new machine? Of course I do not want a Philips.
