My pharmacy (CVS) says they can't do Pneumococcal and Shingrix vaccines for BCBSIL

I have prescriptions for pneumococcal and Shingrix vaccines but my pharmacy (CVS) says they can't fill them. I was told by BCBSIL that they would.
