Hello, We would only know where a provider is practicing if they are one of our in-network providers and they have alerted us that they have moved. I have reviewed our Provider Finder tool at www.bcbsil.com and show that we currently only show addressed for Greg Jun as an in-network provider in Gurnee, IL. You may wish to try calling his old practice to see if they can let you know where he is now. ~ Kayla

THE OLD PRACTICE REPORT, "WE HAVE NO IDEA" that he is with MD at HOME out of Chicago, IL. Yes, he may be out of BCBS network now. Not sure.
