I can't log onto my account. I have also tried logging on via my phone (off the Verizon network) and I get the same error message.
I'm getting this message

Ok, just got this update. All Blue Access members won't be able to log on due to maintenance
"We're making routine updates to our systems for Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM):
Friday, Mar. 11, 2022, 7 p.m. CT - Saturday, Mar. 12, 5 a.m. CT.
You will not be able to access your member account in BAM on your desktop or on your mobile device. You will also not be able to shop for plans during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience."
