Hello! I am a perspective member through my employer that offers BCBS as our primary health insurance provider. I am trying to obtain information on Transgender services/surgeries that are covered on the PPO plan. I am hoping your team can share with me this information? Hello, Unfortunately because of the way our systems are set up, we aren't able to check on coverage for specific services until the policy is active. You would need to speak to your employer regarding any questions you have about the policy options available to you. ~ Heather
