Hello, All services have an amount that is allowed by your plan. If the provider charges more than this amount, your Explanation of Benefits will indicate that the charge has exceeded the allowed amount. If the provider is in network for your plan, you will not be charged this amount. However, if the provider is out of network, you may be responsible for this amount. ~ Heather
