how do I upload an attachment for a claim?

Hello, You can submit a claim online by logging into Blue Access for Members. You can find the login on our front page at www.bcbsil.com. Once you are logged in, you can click on the Message Center tab and send a claim through a secured message by using the attachment indicator. ~ Heather
