Can I get two more cards for my children (who are covered) to have with them?
My daughter school is requesting proof of insurance that my daughter, Britney Medina, is ensured through me. The school would not accept the 1095-C health form and is requesting an insurance card, proof of coverage letter or a screenshot from the insurance portal showing her name and policy number with current date.
