I need a new insurance and dental card

This is pauleen hirmiz i am requestion a new Health Insurance and Dental card to be mailed out to my address as soon as possible.

    Pauleen - If your card is lost or you don’t receive it, you can access it from the BCBSIL mobile app or print out a temporary card. To print a temporary card:

    • Log in to Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM) online.
    • If you don’t have a BAM account, it’s easy to register. The site will walk you through the easy steps. Have your group and member numbers handy to register.
    • Once you’re logged in, click the “Member ID Card” button from the dashboard.
    • The BCBSIL mobile app is free and available in English and Spanish. Download it from the Apple App Store leaving site icon or Google Play leaving site icon or text* BCBSILAPP to 33633.
