Seems since several people have requested instructions for how to find their claims, it would be helpful if the instructions included how to actually navigate to claims. I have received claim notification emails and have logged into my bcbs account but I am not finding any 'claims' option as the email states.
Hello, You can find this information by logging into Blue Access for Members at https://members.hcsc.net/wps/portal/bam and clicking on the claims center tab. If you have followed these steps and still are unable to view claims, please send us a private message and I can have our team look into this. ~ Heather
