Emotional Health: The Forgiveness Letter

“As I walked out the door toward the gate that would lead to my freedom, I knew if I didn't leave my bitterness and hatred behind, I'd still be in prison.” ¯ Nelson Mandela

Forgiveness is a solution for transforming your anger. It's liberating! It frees you from the trap of revenge and allows you to find joy. Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself because it lets you move forward. It doesn't always dissolve the anger but it does give you the freedom of knowing you are so much more.
