How do I enroll in SilverSneakers®?
Visit a SilverSneakers fitness location and show the SilverSneakers ID card you received in the mail at the front desk. You can take the location’s enrollment materials and fill them out at home.
You may also sign up online. Have your health plan ID card handy and go to silversneakers.com , and create a user name and password.
Are there any additional charges from a fitness location?
Not if you stay within the limits of a basic fitness membership. Services not included in a basic membership (such as tanning or personal training) may cost extra. You are responsible for any extra charges.

You may use any SilverSneakers location in the nation. Find locations by ZIP code at silversneakers.com or by calling 1-888-423-4632 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
