What You Can Do

Touch menu options help you quickly manage your account without waiting on hold for a customer service representative. You can:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Check claim status
  • Order a replacement member ID card
  • Confirm key mailing addresses and fax numbers
Here's How It Works

When you call the customer service number on the back of your member ID card, you’ll first need to confirm your identity. Next, you’ll be asked to enter a few pieces of information, including your:

  • Member ID number without the letters (please keep your member ID card handy for the call). This information is on the front of your card.
  • Birthdate
  • ZIP code

Once you’ve confirmed your identity, you can select the help option you want from the menu.

At any point during your call, you can also choose to speak with a customer service representative.
