Find A Doctor Or Hospital In Your Network.
If we want the most value for our health care dollars, a little research is in order.
It’s no surprise that costs can vary greatly depending on where you go for care. Higher cost doesn’t always mean better quality. For example, the cost of an MRI might vary between $475 and $2,517 – depending on the provider. CT scans can range from $343 and $2,283.
By doing some research before you go to the doctor, you can make changes in how much you might pay out-of-pocket for health care.

Lucky for you, we offer tools to help you make your health care choices. Our Provider Finder® tool makes it easy to find a doctor or hospital in your health plan's network and compare their costs*.

How can I submit a bill to get reimbursement? I paid for a CT scan ahead and they told me to submit it after.
