What can your Blue Access for Members account do for you?

As a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois member don’t forget to sign up for your Blue Access for MembersSM account. Once your account is set up, you can easily access information about your coverage and claims, as well as reach out to a Customer Advocate with questions. You will even be able to:Plus you will b

  • Stay in touch. Choose to receive important updates by email or SMS Text messages
  • Review your billing and payment history
  • Read helpful tips and wellness articles

It's simple and only takes a few minutes to register. Be sure to have the following on hand:

  • A valid email address to confirm your registration.
  • Your home zip code that must match the mailing address we have for you.
  • Your Member ID number that can be found on your member ID card and your welcome letter.
  • Your group number found on your member ID card.
