Earlier today I enrolled in Supplement Plan F and RX plan, by phone. I received the confirmation for the RX plan almost immediately. The agent I spoke to was very nice, and explained I would be receiving the forms by email, I am to sign page 4 and fax the signed forms ASAP. Fine, I'm ready! But No email, and it's been 4 hours. I phoned Members Services, and was told it can take as long as 2 hours for the paperwork to reach me...so, the other 2 hours??? Not a good sign! Anyone have insight? Should I be concerned that info has been "lost"?
