Cannot log in. Credentials are correct. I'm considering cancelling all together.

I've already been on the phone to fix the issue with my birth month and was able to get in. Now I can't get in at all. I've done the lost username/password thing twice and my credentials were correct yet I still keep getting this S**t:

"The information you gave us doesn't match with any members in our records. Please try again. If you need help, please call the Internet Help Desk at 1-888-706-0583."
It has been nearly an entire month like this and I was just sent a bill for the next month(of course THAT works).

If I have to call again and get shuffled off to another office in india with terrible reception, I'm just gonna cancel my policy.
