Does anyone know how to reach a live rep? The way that I did before doesnt work any more, I entered the dob incorrect 3x and it directs me to a rep who says they dont handle claims. I need help ASAP

I cant reach anyone using the number I've tried multiple times please assist me..

I need claim status.
