I am a behavioral health provider. I have been in network with you for around 15 years. I just needed to change the address where you send my reimbursement. My biller changed it thru Office Ally and they said the problem is on your end and I need to speak to someone. I have spent several DAYS trying to get a human on the phone. I have not been paid since APRIL. Please please please can I get some help?
