How can I get ahold of someone to speak with?  I have now been on hold for over an hour!!  When you pick the claims option, it gives you 2 options, do you need claims mailing address or have a claim adjusted.  NEITHER!!! I need to speak to someone about a denied claim.  I have tried using Availity but keep getting a message that they are not able to find the information I inputted.  This is so frustrating!!!  How are they able to get away with this?  Who has time to be on hold this long and get nowhere???  I'm sure they are hoping that I will just hang up at this point.  WHAT IS THE PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN CLAIMS!!!!!
