Hello, I am a provider attempting to speak with a representative. I have been trying to reach a live representative for over an hour and I keep being told that "representative is not a valid option" or "a live representative is not needed". Is there any way to reach someone? I have tried going through multiple menu options, but to no avail. Please any help is greatly appreciated.
I received this same message, as everyone who is asking for help has, and still nothing! I gave all the info requested in private message so I can speak with a live representative, and still no call or response regarding my claims issue. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak to someone regarding questions on claims.
