  • Good afternoon and happy new year! I am in need of clarifying some issues with a recent credentialing and the effective date. Our Network Consultants have been largely unresponsive since September. Can you PM me so we can get a few items cleared up? We have patients waiting to be seen and can't provide services if BCBSIL can't help us get this cleared up. Thank you!
