Insurance coverage out of state for methodone

Ok this one is a little complicated. I live in Indiana but my employer has us BCBS of Illinois insurance because corporate office is in Illinois. Before I had this insurance I had Medicaid from Ohio and go to clinic in Ohio still and take a specific formula. The clinic is saying they don't accept BCBS of Illinois because it's out of Illinois. What can I do to get covered
