page won't load past language option

I'm trying to login and the site sticks on the preferred language page. I've tried logging out & back in, hitting escape, Cntrl/Alt/Delete . . . .how can I get past this page?!

  • I understand your concerns and frustration. I will be sure to pass this feedback along. Have you tried opening an incognito window? This should allow you to access the website until this issue is resolved. ~ HC
  • Hello, I have experienced this issue for months and called several times to the number in the back of my card. No one has been able to provide a solution to this bug. I have tried different browsers in different computers and the issue persists. 
    Please note that it's a grave inconvenience to not be able to access your BCBSIL account.
