I am a provider and have received a few claims denied this past week for "No Record of Membership" indicated. Both clients have active insurance and have confirmed their eligibility. No other changes have occurred recently. I've heard from some other clinicians/providers that they were having similar issues. Is there a current issue with clients claims being denied for unknown reasons?
