Client's Plan Ended Unexpectedly; Question Regarding "Transitional Services."


I am a billing coordinator for a mid-sized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic.
Recently, a client of ours had their healthcare plan end unexpectedly. They are set to be enrolled in a new plan through BCBS beginning on 04/01.
The president of my company has requested that I use this forum to reach out regarding how we might pursue "Transitional Services."

She would like to know if it is possible to get any kind of coverage for the client during this month (03/24) as they transition to their new plan.
