I live and work in Massachusetts. We are required here to get a 1099-HC tax form each year. I have never received one from 2022. I have called 4 or 5 times and been connected with people who supposedly can help, but have never had success. I am not a point where my taxes are extremely overdue and I need to get this form. Please help!
