I have not been able to login to my account for at least 2 months. I keep getting the error message “we currently can’t access your information, please try again later”. The app is up to date. My username and password are correct. I see others are having the same issues as well.

I am having this same issue. I cannot log in through either the app or on a computer. I get no notification that my information is wrong, just that "We can't access your information right now. Please try again later" -- but "later" never works.

It’s October 2025 and I’m still having this problem for entire year. I’ve been able to log in once since we were forced to switch to BCBS in January. They had my birth year recorded 1983 instead 1993, too. They can’t get nothing right and maybe that’s affecting my ability to login?

Someone on your IT team needs to READ the reviews in apple App Store for your App. There has been noting but negative reviews documenting the log on issues this new app has had since October release. I have an open ticket to troubleshoot this for the last month and still no fix. This is completely unsatisfactory.
Go back and publish the old app....because the new app version 6.5 is broken and appears to use a "wrapped" login/access process. Wrapped meaning the app just opens up a website window within the app to log in and access information.....whitch defeats the purpose of an app and might just be the root cause of the issues.

I have not been able to log in via the mobile app for a week. I receive the same error message. I am able to log in via desktop web page with the same credentials just fine. I even deleted and redownloaded the app, with no success.
