I have not been able to login to my account for at least 2 months. I keep getting the error message “we currently can’t access your information, please try again later”. The app is up to date. My username and password are correct. I see others are having the same issues as well.

    I'm having the exact same issue. Just started a couple days ago. I enter my login info and get the message "We can't access your information right now. Please try again later or call the Customer Service number on your ID card."

    My login info is correct (I use a password minder to fill in the login fields. Worked until last Saturday. Have tried all day yesterday and today with no luck. Tried in different browsers on different computers and even cleared my browser's cache...none of that worked. Please help.

    I'm having the exact same issue. Just started a couple days ago. I enter my login info and get the message "We can't access your information right now. Please try again later or call the Customer Service number on your ID card."
