I have not been able to login to my account for at least 2 months. I keep getting the error message “we currently can’t access your information, please try again later”. The app is up to date. My username and password are correct. I see others are having the same issues as well.
It’s October 2025 and I’m still having this problem for entire year. I’ve been able to log in once since we were forced to switch to BCBS in January. They had my birth year recorded 1983 instead 1993, too. They can’t get nothing right and maybe that’s affecting my ability to login?
