I have not been able to login to my account for at least 2 months. I keep getting the error message “we currently can’t access your information, please try again later”. The app is up to date. My username and password are correct. I see others are having the same issues as well.
I am also having this issue. I just created my account so I can change my primary care provider. Both online and in the app it gives me an error stating “We can't access your information right now. Please try again later or call the Customer Service number on your ID card.” I came here to find out how to fix it but all the responses say to send a private message, so that does not help.
