I have not been able to login to my account for at least 2 months. I keep getting the error message “we currently can’t access your information, please try again later”. The app is up to date. My username and password are correct. I see others are having the same issues as well.

Hi fbobbert, If you have coverage with BCBS New Mexico you will need to sign in to your account on their website, www.bcbsnm.com, as the two states do use different systems. ~ KW
