BCBSIL app for iPhone is BROKEN since the update to version 6.5.0 and needs to b addressed.
I seriously doubt anyone in IT or technical support has read the reviews, so I recommend if BCBS is reading this post, go to App Store and read the reviews for your app because there are lots of reviews stating the fact that there are login issues with this app. I have called for technical support and they are unaware of this issues and opened a trouble shooting ticket that has been open for almost a month now and no answers or fix.
It appears the app uses a "wrapped" interface meaning all the app does is open a website within the app to access information (which defeats the purpose of an app btw) and that might be the root cause.
Additionally when logging into the app, you get an email saying your phone has been added as a trusted device and gives you a link and tells you to access the "security center" to update or edit. Well there is no security center option on the regular website so don't know what is going on with this app.
Need to fix this now or at least roll back the app to previous working version until the bugs have been fixed.
