Does BCBSIL have anyone working for them? I have been trying to speak to a real person on the phone for 5 months.

Every time I call provider services it says that speaking to a live agent is not available and then tells me to hang up. I have time sensitive questions and I am being given the run around via email. I need to request more visits for a patient with a soft maximum (PT). Does anyone have any information on how to submit this request? a fax number and documents needed would be a great start!
