BCBS Community claims being processed OON.

Good afternoon. I am reaching out as all our providers are showing OON for Blue Cross Blue Shield community. We have been trying to get in touch with someone in BCBS Community provider relations and are unsuccessful in getting any response. We have emailed govproviders@bcbsil.com several times with no response. We have about 1000 claims now that are denied for OON status even though we are in network. Is this something that you can assist me with. I appreciate guidance from BCBS.
