Good afternoon. I am reaching out as all our providers are showing OON for Blue Cross Blue Shield community. We have been trying to get in touch with someone in BCBS Community provider relations and are unsuccessful in getting any response. We have emailed govproviders@bcbsil.com several times with no response. We have about 1000 claims now that are denied for OON status even though we are in network. Is this something that you can assist me with. I appreciate guidance from BCBS.

The State of Illinois is responsible for credentialing and recredentialing of physicians and certain other providers who participate in Medicaid plans.
To be eligible to participate, providers must be enrolled and credentialed through the Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology system. For more information, visit https://hfs.illinois.gov/. Providers with general questions about IMPACT or provider enrollment may email IMPACT.Help@Illinois.gov or call 877-782-5565 (select option 1). You can find additional resources regarding Medicaid plans at www.bcbsil.com/.../medicaid
