How do we get our member number if we haven’t received the ID card to register online?

Help please. 
Have not received ID card or welcome letter and need that info to register.

    I need to get my member Id. I got hired by Boeing in October and my insurance kicked in since November 1, 2025. It’s January 2026 and I still don’t have insurance card. I cannot create the account or have any proof of insurance. My mother called on my behalf and they told her card was sent in December. First of all it had to be sent in November and moreover I still don’t have it. Please give me my member id so I can at least register and print temporary card on case emergency happens. This is getting ridiculous.
